Shawn Holdridge has over 30 years of experience in the Alaska construction industry and is currently the
Director of Construction & Energy Sustainability for Cook Inlet Housing Authority where he has spent the
last 16 years managing affordable housing developments, implementing alternative energy systems, and
championing energy efficient construction practices.

As an avid proponent of building science and energy efficiency within the local community, he was asked
to participate on the Municipality of Anchorage code adoption committee for the 2012 and 2018
International Energy Conservation Code (IECC)

Shawn is an effective communicator and collaborator, building and strengthening relationships and
partnerships with energy efficiency and alternative energy colleagues throughout Alaska. His strategic
planning and oversight experience comes from serving on Habitat for Humanity Anchorage Board of
Directors, where he also participated in the finance and project management committees.
