CCHRC projects are supported by a variety of community partners. In 2020, the researchers, engineers and architects from CCHRC began working for the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) due to severe statewide budget shortfalls. As a 501(c)(3), CCHRC remains a strong non-profit, providing building science research and consultation to communities in the arctic, with the support of NREL.
