This series of projects aimed to reduce energy costs in tribal buildings in four different communities in Southwest Alaska. CCHRC worked with tribal councils to perform energy audits on selected tribal buildings and create an action plan for each building. The plans emphasized efficiency as well as safety and comfort, also including information on funding options, training opportunities for building owners and maintenance staff, data monitoring plans, and a scope of work for contractors.
