Rosa grew up near Boston, Massachusetts, and moved to Fairbanks in 2022. She has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has worked as a marketing intern at 2Life Communities, a housing non-profit in Boston, and as an administrative assistant at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. Now working remotely from Portland, Maine, Rosa is passionate about energy efficiency and equitable housing. She focuses on advancing CCHRC’s workforce development and education initiatives.
