Paul (he/him) is the Executive Director of the Cold Climate Housing Research Center. Drawing on experience as an architect, developer, and builder, his work spans the full housing lifecycle, from design and financing through construction, development, and long-term building performance.

His background includes affordable, multifamily, remote, and high-performance housing. Paul is a licensed architect in Alaska and New York and holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in construction management. At CCHRC, he brings together researchers, builders, communities, policymakers, and housing organizations to advance practical solutions to Alaska’s housing challenges.
