Cold Climate Owner-Builder Masterclass

The Cold Climate Owner-Builder Masterclass is made specifically for those who want to build their own home. For seven Saturdays this fall, you will learn everything there is to know about building your own house from expert local  builders. Throughout the class you will:

  • create a budget for your own project
  • learn about energy efficiency and healthy home construction
  • meet local homebuilding professionals 
  • walk through selecting a contractor to signing the final closing documents

Date and time: classes are held on Saturdays from October 3–November 14 from 9 AM to 1 PM.
