Schedule an As-Is Energy Rating with an AK Warm certified energy rater.
- AHFC will reimburse up to $325 of the cost of the As-Is energy rating.

Apply for your As-Is Energy Rating Reimbursement

| Step 3 |
Select improvements from the list of recommendations contained in your energy rating and do one of the following:
- Hire a contractor to complete the work.
- Do the work yourself.
- Hire a contractor to do some jobs and complete others on your own.

| Step 4 |
After the work is complete, schedule an appointment for a Post Energy Rating with an AK Warm certified energy rater to determine the new energy efficiency rating of your home.
- AHFC will reimburse up to $175 of the cost of the Post Energy Rating.

Apply for your rebates! The amount of money you get back will be based on the difference between the As-Is and Post Energy Ratings.
- Follow the instructions on the Post-Improvement Rating Reimbursement and Rebate Application and mail it back to AHFC.
